Talk America has charged me for telephone service that they never provided. I ppre-pay for my telephone services and told them this and they said that i would have to prove that i had prepaid service. Why should i have to prove anything? they should have to prove that they provided service to me which is impossible because i have proof of my prepaid service for the last 7mths.
