Talk America - AOL ripoff credit card slamming no notification of 1000% increase $47 for 40c calls Internet

I am very interested in finding a lawyer who is interested in prosecuting Talk America AOL. It was aggressively marketed by AOL. The salesman assured me many times that the charge per month would be no more than $4.00 per month when I signed up for cheap overseas calling. They did not ask me but signed me up for paperless billing. As a practice they do not inform of changes in rates or conditions. They merely post this on their web site (or claim to do so). I have been charged over from $36 to $47 per month for some 3-4 years without any notification. The average cost of phone calls made was some 40cents. This represents a 1000% increase with no attempt to contact me at the email address they had for me. This is a very common situation for their many customers.

They have been threatened with class action suits in Florida, Ohio and Virginia and have settled. Is there any hope in Maryland?
