No one can be rude to you, unless of course you are the one being rude. You can't expect Customer Service reps to listen to someone, complain and yell in their ears, after being yelled at by others for their lack, of taking action before picking up the phone. The thing I dislike about customers like you, complaining that the workers of a company are rude, is that you never take the time to figure things out for yourself, you want to be spoon fed information, that is there at your finger tips. Get a clue, and stop being a bad customer, I mean not ALL customers are right.
