I purchased a phone that was on a promotional offer to be free. I purchased some other items but was only supplied with a credit card receipt I did receive a itemized receipt. When I got home I contacted Metro PCS to see why I was charged so much and I was told by Metro PCS to return to the store I made the purchase at as I was not suppose to have been charged as the phone I chose was to be free. When I returned to the store there was a different representative there I explained the situation he never asked for any information he immediately contacted his manager (D Sanders) explained the situation as he stated he is not authorized to issue a refund only the manager. When he called D Sanders she stated I need to go to the store I purchased the phone I informed that I purchased the phone at this location D Sanders replied there was nothing she could do for me.

I called Metro PCS customer service while standing in the store and D Sanders called requesting to speak to me she told me I knew I was charged for the phone and she was not giving me my money back and this is what she can do for me. I interrupted her informed her I did not receive a itemized receipt only a credit card, I also informed her I should not have been charged for the phone as the sign in the store clearly says if a line is added (which is what I did) the phone is free. I informed D Sanders if she is not refunding my money there is nothing else we need to talk about and I disconnected the line. Metro PCS was able to get in contact with Talk More Wireless whom called me apologized and stated there was a incorrect code that was put in and for me to return to the store to get my refund. I returned to the store the next day to get my refund D Sanders was very rude she requested my debit card provided me with a receipt and I left.

On June 26 I see the refund was not posted. I contacted Metro PCS they informed me as a courtesy the issued me a $60 and referred me to Talk More Wireless to get my refund. I then contact Talk More Wireless who stated my refund was issued and it takes 3-5 business days. Today is the 5th business day and I still do not have my refund. Talk More Wireless has not responded and I spoke with D Sanders whom stated she processed my refund and my information was passed to McKinzey for follow but I haven’t heard from no one.
