I Crystal Lax signed up with an website call talksugar.com this is my payment link of what I was to be paid by them for the money I've earned off this site. It's been three weeks now and talksugar havent paid me yet.http://www.talksug.com/hosts/report_payment.php I was to receive 138.00 Payments. They text me a reply, no professional phone call regarding an inmportant matter like this. They text me and told me they were looking into it. Another week has passed and still no payment, I contact them again, I said that I will report them for fraud because they are promising people to make money from their site when they sign-up and create a webpage for the site.
They also state on their website for people concern about deposit not received:I haven't received my direct deposit or wire. When will it get here? Most Hosts receive their deposits well within 1-5 business days of the pay date. If the payday falls on a weekend or a holiday, the transfer will not be sent out until the next business day. Keep in mind that even electronic banking grinds to a halt on weekends, holidays, and after business hours. If you haven't received your deposit we won't be able take action until it is at least 1 week late.

I've done all this and no payment, they person text me that because I threaten to report them. They will block me from texting them, why, if you're a professional legit, no-scam business will you block a person who is concern about a important issue like their money not being received. Talksugar told me their not located in the US so I can't do anything, they sent me a text told me that the money is in my bank they are waiting for my bank to send it back to them so they can send it too me. Now it going on a whole month, how long does it take a bank to do a electonic bank transfer. These people don't want to pay me the little money due to me.

I also made a report. I agree with you. Don't allow anyone to intimidate you because you're speaking up about money you work hard for and is due to you. I worked for telemainia for 1 year and 3 months. At first the company was a great place to work for. If you had a problem regarding your stats, either Carey, Ann or Antonio would handle it. Holly was right on point as far a the pay goes only one time I had a problem with not getting my check. Now that I seen an error and made copies of my stats, they no longer can use my service because I sent a copy of my record to Labor Commission and made a complaint online with the BBB for business practice. I made a rip off report, you may read more. I Crystal Lax have no reason to defame but to speak the truth to the best of my knowledge and ability as a Paralegal that's unemployed. Yes, the company was great until It seem like when the young lady Trish got hired on. Even I start to notice a big attitude change of being disrespected, being muted out of job related conference, unanswer email in regard to your commission 28 days rolling Live chat minute. and your current live chat minutes. This is why it's very important to make copy and pay close attention or the amount of pay rate you're suppose to be paid will be inaccurate.
See when you log into the system you build what they call Today live chat minute. These minutes will be added to your previous 28 day rolling live chat minutes each day you work after 12 midnight. These number get added it pretty hard to understand if you don't work it. So let me explain a little bit more.
If Susan login on Monday. On Monday her Today live chat minute was 103 and her previous 28 days rolling live chat minutes was 2223 on Monday. After 12 midnight Susan 103 is suppose to be added to her 2223. So on Tuesday it should show new numbers for her previous live chat minutes now instead of her having only 2223 previous 28 rolling live chat minutes. She now have 2326 which mean. When her number stay under 2401 her pay rate will be .12 plus her commission level payout and maybe bonus. When she goes over 2401 she earn .15 per minute plus her commission pay out level on membership packages sold and so on.
This is where I got scam. I always made high numbers, once consider to be on their backpage advertising but I didn't sign the consent. I wasn't offer more pay for it. I stop also making creative stories because they own the rights to it and you only make .5 cent for your stories. I may be crazy but not that crazy..lol
THE SCAM COME IN HERE: Susan worked and earned 223 today live chat. Her previous live chat is 2223 now after 12 midnight her 223 is suppose to be added. Instead her 223 is not adding up correctly the next day her previous 28 rolling liv chat minutes are now showing ONLY 2227 her numbers are reading a decrease. Where is the rest of Susan 166 today live chat minutes she earned? This is where you start calling the office informing them the system isn't adding up your number right. If a company isn't doing anything scamish they're fix it right away. Not trying to avoid your email or retaliate because you're asking questions about your pay.
This mean Susan is forced to make lesser money per minute. She have to worked extra hard like a slave in a sweat shop. But her numbers keep decreasing. Whose profiting her. Where is Susan rightful earning.
Your checks come on time but if you dont catch this area you're be scam without even knowing. Now that I made my complaints I sure their trying to clean up the mess. To cover up thank God I made copies. The bad thing is that because I made my report Telemainia also retaliated against my two daughter that workde for them and they done nothing wrong. I Crystal Lax made the report not them.

After telling them I will report them to someone HIGHER than myself. I got my money didn't do NO MORE BUSINESS WITH THEM. IIn December 2013 announced the SHUTTING DOWN OF THEIR BUSINESS. Talk Sugar is NO LONGER IN BUSINESS. Power of CONSUMERS VOICES:)
