on november 10 2007 me and my husband went to tami auto sales and spoke with a sales agent names tanya who informed us that they were buy here pay here because i asked because we did not want to deal with banks with all the finance charges i asked her what could we get in for $800 down paymet she then showed her this one truck that was sitting on the lot we test drove it and decided to buy it we gave them $800 down payment and $336 down payment on insurance we drove away that night with no paperwork we was told that he would call us tuesday to come sign the paperwork tues came and went i called and was put on hold with no response after 2 weeks we found paperwork in the truck under someone else name where they had just repoed the truck and the person only had it for 8 days that was a red flag but he assured us everything was fine the truck had mechanical issues well on 12/08 we woke up and the truck was gone they had repoed it because the deal did not go through not only did they keep our $800 down payment the insurance agency access insurance is keeping our $336 down payment we have 6 boys me and my husband work very hard for our money and it took us a while to save that money up with 6boys and bills they are a scam they took our money and took the truck back now we are out of $1136 and no car to take our kids to school we could have used that for there christmas but they understood we needed a car and now we still dont have a car never buy a car from tami auto sales they are a scam
