 Mr. David charge me 3850$ to take care of my violation electrical plumbing and change of use David made sure to collect all the payment after he told me that he took care of all the violation August 16, 2016 david collect the final payment .December 24, 2016 I got a notice of noncompliance . In that moment I realize that David rip me off and did not to take care of this violation but made sure that he got paid in full and broke the contract between us. I had to hire outside contractor to take care of my violation because David did not want to do his job .I realize the David is a crook from this point and I already paid him extra $4000 for 800 square-foot addition that's never been approved by the city. David is a scam artist he ripped off a lot of people the same way after I read his yelp all the review was bad. I realize I wasn't the only one .he doesn't answer his phone anymore and let people in his office Lie for him. It's over a year since I pay David I'm still in violation and the plan was never approved by the city. David just not rip me off financially mentally to.
