Beware the author is not Sandra but Michala Langford who runs a handyman business and cheated her neighbors, cheated the excavators for their pool, cheated Perkins, Cancela-Vaz Corp, cheated the POOL Guyz and we went to court numerous times and PERKINS, CANCELA VAZ CORP WAS FOUND INNOCENT and The Langfords were warned about their SCAMS and wasting tax payers money and the stalking and harassment elements - such as showing up on private property and peering through the windows when child was home and neighbors reported and threatening messages and outbursts at court.You are a scary couple (actually no just you Michaela - your husband I just feel plain sorry for him because hetold us and theJudge that Perkins, Cancela Vaz did a great job - REMEMBER - should I have the Lawyers send you a reminder???)and I feel sorry for all the business owners you have cheated yes I do agree with you "What goes around - comes around - you should be worried and practice what you preach Michaela.

We are proud that we won the lawsuit against Tammy Perkins and her unlicensed company. Since they were unlicensed and a subcontractor we had to file another lawsuit against the Pool Guyz which hired Perkins Cancela Vaz Corporation and we won the lawsuit and received our money back.

I told Michaela I had two dying parents and myself had also suffered two heart attacks and that life was entirely to short for this kind of violence and I wanted to send her a full refund - which I did - and have proof she cashed -- she proceeded to tell me she hoped my family dropped dead and also myself.

This homeowner has used a false name to post this false information on your website. The real name is Michaella Langford -- it is listed in the courhouse documents.

We went to court 2 separate times and were found innocent of all allegations. The homeowner destroyed their own concrete and tried to extort money from us to repair their own damage. They also didn't pay several contractors on the jobsite such as the excavator, pool company and many more not including the full refund we gave them.

We also gave them a full refund before we found out they destroyed their own concrete.

They harassed us, threatened to kill my husband, trespassed on our home property and threatened the child in our home.

We have all the police reports and the documents from the Prince William Court in Manassas, Va to prove it.

Our license is good in State of Virginia and the Court also proved that to the Langfords.

We are requesting that this information be updated.

We also have copies of the cashiers check where they were completely refunded because they threatened us with so much violence.
