Tanatic, CloudMetal, Travis James, Thirdhat, or any other "made up" company names that has Travis James name associated with it are all the same scam and fraudsters in Mobile App Development Ponzi schemes. Just search google for any of those and you will see so many people and companies they have ripped off. They take your money, lie, and you get nothing !
