Tank The Tank w30chuck Deceptive,lied and cheated hialeah, Florida

I bought my water heater in July 2009 and it worked well for a few weeks as it came upon the winter I was taking cold showers. I called and emailed Chuck to get my heater repaired and had to leave a message. He finally got back to me and attempted to turn me into the repair man. After several more emails and complaining about the heater and as summer rolled around he finally says send it back to them. I was under the impression from the statements made I would get a replacement.

Instead when a week passed after returning it I called and was informed it would be repaired. Three weeks later still no returned repaired heater. I sent and email and was lured into calling with the promise of a $50.00 Google gift check. I felt it was well earned with all I had endured just to have hot water. Instead I am told that my heater is ready to be sent to me but with a $75.00 bill because my water was the problem, and the heater is out of warrantee. Im sure he advertises 10 yr. warrantee. I have treated water so I know it is not the problem. Now not only have I paid for the heater, postage to send it back, I am being blackmailed if you want your heater pay us $75.00.

Not to say anything about having to intrude on others privacy to be able to bath for the last 4 weeks. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN. Do not buy those heaters unless you have money to throw away. I go on and buy one from a reputable company. We all want a bargain but this one is not worth the trouble and is by no means a bargain, between the money and emotion stress, I know it is not worth the cost.
