  Signed a Formal Agreement with a New York City Model Agency. The New York City Model Agency then flew the model to the United States to be viewed, photographed and to be decided upon. The Model was then very rude, unprofessional, turned down jobs and appointments. The Mother Agency Tann Model Management then instructed the model to leave the agency with out any warning. Both the Model and Alisa Tochkina, did not honor the NYC agency agreement and forfeited bookings, flight fees and housing costs by jumping ship. Mother Agencies who agree to honor bookings should not instruct models to act disorderly. Mother Agency Tann Model Management owes the New York City Model Agency with a reinburstment. Both Model and Mother Agency signed agreement and did not follow  through with agreement. 

We are seeking a legal case both in the U.S.A. as well St. Petersburg Russia. Please warn all New York City Agencies to be aware of Alisa Tochkina and Tatiana Azarova.

We have also contacted Customs, Homeland Security and Immigration Services about Tann Model Management. The models on travel will be rejected or stopped due to the international level of this complaint. 

I think it is fair the Mother Agency Tann Model Management reinburst the New York City Agency since they breached the contract and allowed the model to leave to due some unlawful reasons. The New York City agency was willingly looking to compromise with any changes and concerns to keep the model in NY and working.
