Travits Tcups and Toys I purchased a Toy Poodle puppy, but unable to get Health Record from his breeder, Tara Travit Jacksonville Florida

I purchased a black AKC Toy Poodle pup from Tara Travit, Jacksonville, FL for top dollar, $1800 plus $350 shipping.  He arrived on May 12, 2017, but with NO Health Record showing dates of wormings and shots if any.  Tara had to obtain a FL Health Certificate to ship, so he had to be seen by a Veterinarian.  I have contacted her numerous times to get his Health Record unsuccessfully.  She wants me to somehow contact American Airlines to obtain it which I know would be very difficult and likely very time consuming and unsuccessful.  Obviously, she never kept a file copy of it and did not submit to American Airlines an original and one for Airline and one for me, the buyer.  Tara is a rank amateur not having any records on him and refusing to provide me this info, thus, jeopardizing pup's health to catch the usual diseases (Distemper, Parvo, parainfluenza, etc.).  The Health Record on all pups breeders know must be kept up to date, especially the shots and wormings to protect them!  Refusing to furnish this to me is totally irresponsible!  I told her I cared for this pup even though she does NOT!

 She advertised him on Puppyfind.com listing her website and stated his sale includes, "Veterinarian examination, Health Certificate, and Health Guaranty".  Obviously, a con game she is running by not providing such.

There is no way I can possibly recommend this crook and animal abuser to anyone and doing my duty to advertise just how deceitful and a liar she is and should not be breeding Poodles or any dogs with such a lousy attitude and lack of professional Poodle knowledge!  Puppy is not small as she indicated!  I have TWO growth charts; one REFLECTING VALIDITY AND RELIABILITY using the scientific method that I use to analyze size at maturity.  I seriously doubt she ever used such.

The basis of all dog breeders responsibility is to keep shots/immunizations up to date, keep a record of these, and when sold, provide the buyer with a complete and easily available to buyers the list of shots and wormings.  Having paid top dollar for this puppy whose adult size was also falsified, I am being totally conned, lied to, with her trying to pass the responsibility of obtaining his Health Record on to me, is totally rediculous, a Scam, cheat, jeopardizing this puppy's health by my not being provided his Health Record to know when he is due a Booster shot, is pure animal abuse. Since she ignores this factor, what else is she ignoring at the cost of the puppy's life.  

She is a rank amateur, not knowing what she is doing, jeopardizing the puppy's life, lieing in writing on her advertisement of her puppies on Puppyfind - as I have a copy of her ad!  She totally disgusts me!  She would not tell me who her Vet is so I could call him to get any and all info on puppy's shots and wormings.   I suggested she call him to obtain same and provide list to me, yet I am sure this also was refused as I have not had a response to my emails nor phone calls.  All her other pupppies are sold she said.   She is only interested in getting the money for them.  Did these buyers get any Health Record from her?  I doubt it and probably indicated they were Teacups rather than actually Miniature Poodles.
