Purhachased a two-year warranty on my Apple I Pod Touch 4th Generation on December 8, 2010.
We had been experiencing technical difficulty with the camera (would not open from the spiral). We took it to the Apple Store to see if it would be a quick fix. They opened it up and determined that it had a defective camera. There was no other damage. Apple gave me this response in writing to send with my Ipod to the warranty company through Target. Keep in mind that EVERYTHING worked on this Ipod except the camera.
I sent the Ipod to Target's Warranty company (United Camera/Warranty Logistics). They had the Ipod for two weeks before sending it back stating there was liquid damage. I immediately called Target to find out exactly what they saw. Did they have any pictures? She told me that I should get my Ipod fixed through Apple. I explained to her I don't have a warranty through Apple...I bought a warranty from Target! I took the Ipod back to the Apple Store to get additional information regarding the damaged Ipod so I could send back to Target's Warranty Company.
I returned Ipod and documentation from the Apple Store stating that the Ipod had a defective camera and that there was no liquid damage (just like the previous letter only more detailed) to Target's warranty services. After talking again with Supervisors/Technicians of Target Warranty Services, they refused to fix the Ipod and stated that Apple did not do a thorough job in evaluating the Ipod.
They are sending it back again for the second time! And here I still am, with an Ipod that I bought from Target, with a two-year warranty, that Target refuses to adhere to. I can promise you that I will never buy anything from Target...especially a warranty! Be aware consumers...this warranty was an absolute rip-off!

Therefore as a result of this you find dishonest people, or good working people, by chance, doing good or bad service.
You too noticed that Target can be hard to reason with. You did the best you could. I wish it would of been better.
Target can be strange sometimes, by chance. For example: they expect less people to do more in less time, which gets management and workers upset, and they can expect you to be disgusted with yourself, as if its all your fault, for not getting it all on the self, in that little time they gave, with less people.
They expect people to answer questions, yet by chance, management and workers get upset that customers ask a question, yet presume there not upset about telling customers not to ask questions because their busy, or presume workers are slow doing their work for answering a question, that a customer has a right, and a chance to get an answer from, which they leave for the stock team or stock worker to know the facts, which part of management or sales team can have more time to answer, yet never know as much as the stock worker.
