Tarpin Hill Saddle Co. Owner informed via email would purchase my saddle, sent it to him & have not received my money for it & have email confirming it. Salem Illinois

Sent email to Roger beginning of August 2007, informing that I have a Used Tarpin Hill Trooper Saddle which he has on his website he purchases, he stated in the email that he needed to see the saddle first before he sent the money (which was $250) to make sure the tree was in GOOD condition. Received email from him on 8/6/07 stating that the saddle was in Great condition, and that he would send out the check later in the week, as of 8/25/07 still have not received my money for the saddle, and have called & emailed continuously, which at this point he has YET to respond to me, and 90% of the time you call no one answers it goes to voicemail. On Friday August 24, 2007 he was suppose to call me back never did, tried calling back he was gone for the day per the lady that answered the phone.

So, now Roger Shuler has my Saddle (that now supposingly sold to someone in Missouri), and received his money but I have yet to receive anything. And now I am out a Saddle, and money that he PROMISED he would have to me almost a month ago.

I would either expect my saddle be returned in the same condition that I sent it (which I have pictures of it), or send my money by MONEY ORDER (no checks) due to someone purchased a saddle he never sent the saddle after 9 months, then he finally sent the refund check but turned out that the check was BAD.
