I ordered the product "Tat B Gone" under thier claims that it gradually "Fades Away" tattoos and "Has been proven to be highly effective." They claim "their studies show that 96.7% of Tat B Gone users achieve SATISFYING RESULTS." After my first shipment ran out with no results I called the company to ask why. I was told by Bob Bowley I had not used the product long enough so I ordered another shipment.

After that shipment ran out with no results I called and spoke with Bob again who offered no explanation why it wasn't working but did agree to split the cost of my next shipment which I did. After that ran out with no result I called and spoke with Bob again and asked for my money back. I have spent a total of $538 under the companie's allegations of a 96.7% success rate and was encouraged to continue to use this product when adviced I was not using it long enough or thick enough.

I told Bob I fing it hard to believe I just happen to fall into the 3.3% of people it does not work for and $538 is alot of money to spend for nothing! Bob became rude and actually hung up on me! I have filed with the BBB. but the company still refuses to return my money. I do not want them to get away with ripping off desperate people and treating me the way they did!

The "guarantee" ..this is a scam

AUTHOR: Angela - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 14, 2006

I had my own bad experience with this company as far as billing goes. But that's a little different from your problem. At any rate, I was a little leery about ordering something this expensive off the internet, but my husband assured me that they had a money back guarantee, so "what is there to lose but the tattoo?"

As it turns out, there was $289.00 to lose, the cost of a second six-month supply which we neither ordered nor received. You are lucky to have gotten through to anyone as all the numbers for this company are disconnected or no one will answer.

I agree that this is a scam and I hope that you get your issue settled and these people are brought to justice.

Is the best solution for you. If you call back you'll just get the run around thats how these scammers do business. dont let them get away with it. reporting to the BBB is never enough. go after them for the money you spent and pain and suffering.
