Tate publishing llc breech of contract, stolen money, unpayed royalties mustang Oklahoma

I have not received the services I played for, I have not been assigned a publicist, my royalties are supposed to be 40% but I was duped and given less then 3%; and yet I havent received my royalties, only a statement. They are in breech of contract, they owe me money, and no one will answer my calls and emails. I want justice. Contract stated I would receive a publicist, they would spend $25000 promoting my book, they will refund the $3999 retainer fee upon selling 1000 books. They have not done anything but hound me for more money. I paid for a website and book trailer because I was forced to. They already had my money and the contract was signed and they put book production on hold unless I paid for those services. I had no choice, and I paid for them and I never received what I paid for. My book sells at $16.99 a copy and my book was released 04/19/2016. According to Tate, only 3 copies were sold and the royalty statement showed I only made $2.18 from the sales -.68 cents for distribution fee (1.48) but I didn't even get the check for that. My royalties are supposed to be 40% of each sale which means they owe me a lot more. I want my money back for the website and trailer, the retainer fee because of the breech of contract, my copyright certificate which they claimed was filed but I never got it (5 years ago), my correct royalties, and money for my pain and suffering over the last 5 years.
