In Feb., 2012, I bought a Taurus Millenium Pro PT145 handgun from a local gun dealer. The gun was brand new and had serious problems right out of the box. Neither the dealer or I ever fired the gun because of the problems. The dealer has sent the gun twice to Taurus for repair. Each time the original problems with the gun were not fixed and each time the gun went to the repair shop it cam back with new problems.

Right now the dealer is trying to get a refund of my money from Taurus. I sent a letter to the President and CEO of Taurus in which I explained the history of problems with the gun. Also asked for a refund of my money in the letter. I have not had any response from the President and CEO of Taurus.

Based on my experience with this Taurus handgun and the lack of response to my letter I would never buy another Taurus product.

I suggest that anybody thinking of purchasing a Taurus product should very seriously reconsider making a purchase.
