Taurus Moving LLC Owner: David Torres Packed up our home and moved our household to a different home Queen Creek Arizona

We hired David's moving company in June for a major move. They showed up within their stated time range to pack our house and returned the following day to physically move us.

On moving day one of his movers broke a few items and when we unpacked a few boxes there were a few items broken.  

He told us to face-to-face, over text and on the phone repeatedly that he would send us a check for damaged items. It's been over two months of getting the run-around.

We gathered an invoice of only a few of the aforementioned items since we knew the others couldn't be replaced. He balked at paying for installation of an item saying we could've done it ourselves. Interestingly enough, if the one item had been packaged better we wouldn't have had to hire someone to replace the item and install it.
