Tax Breaks Inc/ Starcast Group LLC, Clerise Serrel AKA C. Valencia, Darius Allen I worked for Tax Breaks filing individual tax returns but was never paid. I filed a wage claim and the company was ordered to pay wages but never did. Dallas Texas

Starcast Group LLC was doing business as Tax Breaks. Starcast Group was registered in Texas and Tax Breaks in Arizona. There are multiple claimants that filed against the above named company. Texas Workforce Commision  Wage Claim Tribunal foolishly allowed the fraudulent employer to appeal and use tactics to delay the hearings. Ending in a result where there were no funds to collect due to absence of company bank accounts and propertys. Affiliates of the company are known for using aliases instead of their legal names and giving incorrect contact information. It has since been over two years that I have not been compensated for services rendered to company nor does the Wage Claim collection department  have any expectiontations on future resolution. All the while Darius Allen, affiliates , family, and friends continue their round robin of rip offs, under different disguises to further their undeserved prosperity . Original wage claim was filled March 22, 2013. A determination order was issued May 20, 2013. It was appealed May 22, 2013. A hearing was held August 5, 2013, which was supposed to be ruled a nonappearance against above named company. But they were allowed a reset. The company never brought forth any relevant documentation requested by TWC.
