Tax Consulting UK Zen Offshore Failure to uphold contract, failure to communicate, unprofessional, un-ethical London, United Kingdom Internet

I find this somewhat distasteful and a waste of time that could otherwise be spent more productively, nonetheless I feel compelled to share this experience, both to bring attention to the business practices of Tax Consulting UK and to explain why a reliable offshore incorporation agent you can trust is so important.

After years of a stellar business relationship as a professional intermediary for Professional Offshore, owned by Pat Flynn who is himself a corporate lawyer with 20 years experience and the last 10 years nearly specialising exclusively in offshore, he decided to sell the company. I was personally sad to see him go but felt confident that the new owners of the company that now goes under the title of Zen Offshore (who are a subsidiary of Tax Consulting UK) would continue to provide at least somewhere near the same level of service as previously experienced for clients of our Black Label Offshore IBC package deal.

Well, its been close to 2 months since the change of ownership and I have been made to wait over 6 weeks for a simple review of a clients corporate document set that would take under 30 minutes to do (which Pat would have reverted on in a day or two) and advice of registered address for client to courier documents back. Yes, 2 months for sake of 30 minutes work. Certainly they did get onto accounts receiveables as first priority though

Let me be clear I have followed up numerous times, even called directly and spoke with Lyn Esparon of Zen Offshore, the clients have done everything thats been asked over 6 weeks ago and are simply twiddling their thumbs waiting, waiting, and (probably) wondering what the heck is going on at Zen Offshore..just like I am.

This is the difference between a dedicated professional services provider you can trust, and a sham operation with a pretty website and a dodgy operator at the helm that comes in, takes over and guts an operation to the bare bones, obviously taking the position that clients can just suffer it out. (or leave)

For me its embarrassing, to say the least, to have been dragged into a debacle such as this I thought these days were far behind me! Its cost my clients time, lost opportunity and devalued their experience greatly. Its also cost me business reputation and good will, lost income, a heap of time and now further costs to switch agents to get the work paid for, done.

To all folks reading this, and considering forming an IBC I cannot adequately convey to you the critical importance of having a reliable and professional offshore incorporation services provider that you can trust, especially when the going gets tough. Be sure to do at least a google search to see if there are unhappy clients on the net. You dont want to be in the position to act, have funds ready to invest into profitable investments, having paid for your company and bank account and not be able to move forwards simply because the incorporation agent is too lazy, unprofessional, understaffed and/or unethical to get around to providing you with what youve paid for.

As far as Im concerned, Tax Consulting UK and its subsidiaries are a sham, clients have paid, and clients are not getting what theyve paid for..in fact their needs have essentially
been completely ignored for nearly 2 months.

For anyone reading this, or considering doing business with Tax Consulting UK heed this advice!
