Tax Defence Network Beware fraud, lies Jacksonville, Florida

This is one of the most frustrating experiences that I have ever had with a company. After paying them a substantial fee in advance we were told there were no taxes due. Nelson Rad our contact who we were working with said that since no money was due, they would do our taxes for 2008, this turned out to be for Federal taxes only and I was stuck with a late fee for the state return. Two and a half years later with many requests of paperwork which we
sent, the IRS  now claims there are 10's of thousands of dollars outstanding, our case was closed without resolution.
Lee Singelton (a manager) said that he thought we were hiding money and demanded more money, much more, to continue the case then told us he has closed the case. I wish we had money to hide. We also worked with James Rieves who
threatened me with a revenue collector. We wasted two years for nothing but aggravation, emotional pain, and disbelief. During this time I was in the hospital five times and had three major surgeries. Now I have retained an attorney who will
help us through this mess.
