"WARNING" "WARNING" "WARNING" Absolute horrible customer service. Joel Smith takes a vacation during tax season every single year and has someone else prepare your taxes. As a result they sent my tax info to the wrong address. After a month went by and I never received anything I contacted Joel. He very rudely snapped at me and tried to pin the blame on me not responding to the paperwork (which was sent to the wrong address).

Once I did finally get the paperwork (2 months later) it was done incorrectly. I contacted Joel, which took multiple voice mails and almost a week for him to respond, who then hung up on me when I tried to tell him there was a mistake made. Worse customer service I have ever Experienced. When it comes to taxes you want to make sure it gets done right, with this company you cant even count on them sending your tax forms to the right address.

I am currently reporting this event to the BBB, Ripoff Report, 3 on your side, and a couple other organizations to warn people, but if you are considering Tax & Financial Consulting Inc, take the advise from a former customer & find a different Tax guy who wont treat you like crap once you paid and you can actually trust.
