Tax Incorporated - Julie Chung - Stephen Chung Los Angeles Could not even prepare the ammended return properly Los Angeles California

I had to pay Tax Inc $5200.00 up front to help me with my tax problem. Their sales rep Joseph promised me that the money I owed to IRS would be settled for pennys on the dollar. After I paid the money a Russian lady called Lorisa contacted me. I had a tough time trying to explain that she needed to prepare amended returns for the years audited. She prepared the amended returns  incorectly which caused more problems. Then she did nothing for two years. Finally I got sick of waiting and contacted IRS myself. I was able to come to an arrangment with IRS and New York State. I have asked Tax Inc for a refund but was told there was no charge back. They riped me off so dont use them.
