i too am a victim of Tax Incorporated.

i hired them in 2005 to releive some prior years tax debt that had mounted with my first husband. he never claimed the correct withholdings and we owed the IRS every year, payment plans went out of control & he ultimately quit paying.

Julie chung was my case rep & she never answered my calls, or returned emails. never seemed to get anywhere with her. i was told my OIC was going to be accepted with amnesty & to pay a certain amount by X date to resolve the whole issue.

that was in 2005. yesterday I got news that my 2009 tax return refund was being applied to prior years tax balances. Apparently the whole OIC scheme was a scam.

They took my borrowed money & did nothing with it.

When I called Tax Inc after spending 1:20 on the phone with a friendly irs agent, the woman @ tax inc said my case was closed due to lack of contact.

That is TOTAL BS. I submitted emails & phone calls informing Tax Inc when I moved, when my phone number was updated, she cited parts of those emails, but said none of my updated contact information was on file.

I was pregnant at the tile I retained Tax Inc & was not working. I was also not married, which  (as  learned yesterday) made me ineligable with the IRS to qualify for an OIC.

Regardless of how we all get duped into this crap, it's happened & we need to move forward. my IRS issue isn't going away & i now have to go back through documents I don't know if I can find to try and readdress the issue & resolve it.

If anyone is able to find an attorney who is willing to open a class action lawsuit against this fraudulent company....PLEASE INCLUDE ME IN THE PROCEEDINGS!
