Tax Incorprated $4,200 down the drain and had to handle by myself Los Angeles California

I hired Tax Incorporated to help me with the IRS. They said that they needed $4,200 before anything could be done. I immediately sent them the money with their promises to help. I received a packet of paperwork shortly thereafter, I filled it all out and sent it back to them. After months of hearing nothing an IRS agent walked through my business doors. I had immediately called Tax Inc. Mr. Hart did talk to the agent. I still to this day have no idea what was said. The agent the made a list of everything I needed to get to the IRS and left. On this list was everything that I had sent to Tax Inc. I was told that Tax Inc. would get all of the needed information to the IRS. That NEVER happened. After several more months I received a notice from the IRS regarding the levies that had just been put onto my bank accounts. The response I got from Tax Inc. Was I don't see that the paperwork was sent to us. This seemed odd because I sent it certified return receipt. So after a year still nothing had been resolved. At a year and two months I received a welcome letter in the mail from Tax Inc. stating that my papers had been received and that resolution would happen quickly. By this time I had negotiated with the IRS and am now on a payment plan. I have asked many times to have money reimbursed to me since no real work had been done. Now after two years have still heard nothing. Please do not try to let these people help you.
