This company takes a large up front fee to provide tax resolution services.  The company fails to provide the service, and the taxpayer is forced to resolve the situation himself.  Per the contract, the consumer is promised he can cancel at anytime and receive a refund for the services not provided.  The refund is never provided.

I am an attorney and have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with DeWayne Loagan of quality control and have been ignored.  This company is a fraud and should be investigated criminally and subjected to a class-action type lawsuit.

I have full documentation proving their criminality and will be attempting to contact law enforcement now that I have learned this behavior is a pattern rather than an isolated incident.
