Tax Masters WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH Houston, Texas

Do NOT do business with this company! They are crooks!

I hired them stop a wage garnishment that was about to take place, they assured me that they could stop it within a couple of weeks. They took my money out of my bank account every two weeks and no one from their company even called me to keep me up to date or even to say hello. I finally called them 4 weeks later and learned that they had not even started working on my case. They told me that they needed more information from me - for some reason no one from their company thought to call me.

 I was so mad I told them that I wanted to cancel my service and get a refund. They told me I would need to write a letter and mail it in and someone would review it and get back to me. Of course no one called me. I finally got in touch with someone there who told me to give her a couple of days to review my request and to call back. I called back, of course she didn't answer or return my call. I called my bank to explain everything and they were good enough to pull the funds back from them and give it back to me.

I went to a local tax firm who was able to help me right away for a fraction of what Tax Master wanted to charge me. The local firm told me how they get so many complaints about Tax Masters and what they do and charge people is criminal, they told me that Tax Masters blatantly lies about what they can do for people and how they NEVER follow-through.

When you call their customer service department you wait on hold for 15+ minutes to get someone who treats you like garbage. Their customer service is so terrible, all of the reps are rude and do nothing to help you. Stay far away from Tax Masters!
