we filed a row a loan agreement with tax net financial. told it would take 12 hours 48 hours .later we were denied but then they processed tax information and charged us $500. we called several times to rectify the situation same person answers 1 800 number each and every time. ask to speak to managers several times put on hold and no 1 ever came back respond to all my emails until I asked for a manager then no response. can't believe companies out there are allowed to advertise for a loan that doesn't exist
