Tax Net Financial Shoddy Service, Unprofessional and None Caring about it's Customers Chicago, Illinois Internet

I initially took out what is called a RAL loan advance on my tax return.  My wages and withholdings weren't entered correctly, niether did they bother to ask me any questions regarding my income or dependants.  Come to find out, I got evaluated by the IRS and they did nothing to help. It took me almost 6 months to get my refund.  I call their ridiculous customer service department just to be told I wasn't entitled to a refund for my tax processing fees.  I did the work to get my refund myself.  I AM RECCOMMENDING THAT NO ONE EVER YOU THEIR SERVICE-PERIOD!!!!!
