Tax Protection Services Dan Burke CPA Took $$$ did nothing. missoula montana

I want to let everyone know this company is a Fraud. I went on RO Report to file a complaint and wasn't surprised several other people complained.

What they did was charge me several thousand dollars and got ZERO results. I don't know what they did because all the people keep changing. It took me months to get the IRS papers from them that said 'they didn't send the additional paper work requested so we closed the case'! Dan Burke would not return my call.

He is the owner and apparently a CPA, although he is likely going to lose his license as we are filing a complaint too. I finally talked to Burke and he is a pathological liar. He said I would have to pay them more money!! Once I finally got the IRS papers Burke would never call me back. They just kept saying he wasn't in.

The original guy I was dealing with was on parole for financial crimes and SEC FRAUD! Look up William Nooney on GOOGLE. This is their manager. He told me his name was William Williams. I had an attorney call their office who finally figured out Nooney had been using the name Williams.

I read their rebuttal. Hilarious! First they admit they knew about Nooney. Google the guy, and Tax Protection Services said they 'had no problem hiring him'. He stole 100's of thousands of dollars! AND they admit they knew Nooney was using a fake name. So they were ok hiring the guy but wanted him to use a FAKE name. Are you kidding me folks!

If you have been ripped off file a complaint with the State of Montana. These guys are bad actors.
