Tax Protection Services, Inc Dan Burke, Paul Erickson Directors Took money did Nothing. missoula montana

According to the State of Montana Dan Burke and Paul Erickson are the Directors/Owners of this Scam. I never dealt with Erickson. I did however, deal with Burke and Bill. I think later I spoke with some one named Pat-because these two were hiding out. He didn't have a clue what was going on and got very nervous on the phone. Like the other reports on here, Tax Protection took a couple thousand dollars from me and didn't do anything.

I kept asking what are you doing here? I just got double talk and we'll get back to you. I started getting cold feet because these people were acting like ripoff artists. As far as I know they never even spoke to the IRS. I kept asking to speak with the owner and i finally got in touch with Dan Burke, CPA. He is a lying POS. I told them to send me any kind of documentation to show they had done anything. I received nothing. Like the other reports on here I requested a refund and got Zero. At one point they tried to blame everything on someone I had never heard of. I told them this is not my problem and i don't know who you are talking about, and YOU are responsible for whoever you hire.

I would like to note that in their rebuttal they say we knew Bill Nooney's background and hired him anyway. Really? A Felon handling my financial information. Then they go on to say that he used a fake name for awhile. So these cons knew he was a felon and using a fake name and they were ok with it. I put a freeze on my credit cards and credit report because my lawyer said my information has probably been stolen, or given to someone else.
