TAX READY ripoffTAXREADYIWANTMY$BACK cheated employees and screwed the customers even more LAS VAGAS Nevada

my husband is self-employed. we needed help with deductions and taxes. we are a very young couple with a small child. starting your own business is very hard.

We considered tax ready as an investment. We called in Feb. 2001. They were going to help us with 2000 taxes. being self-employed we have always had to pay in. But not with tax ready doing our taxes. If we had to pay in it would be a fraction of what we had been paying in.

They never called. a week befor april 15 we used a cpa and still had to pay 27K In May we demanded a full refund $1000.00
At that time we were told we had agreed to a one year contract. which we did not. we suggested that the audio tapes be pulled from our phone calls. nothing was never done.

we called several more times always hearing what we wanted to. but never getting the results. at that time they offered to prepare the next years taxes fo free, which we declined. again demanding our credit card to be credited.

we were told to fax a letter stating the issues and on next months cc statement we would be credited. of course it was not.
At that time the man handling our account had family involved in sept. 11 in new york.

In the next several months we again would talk with customer service and fax them letters wanting a full refund.
then in feb 2002 we were informed that tax ready had been bought out and now we need to contact NADN.

Erica at this new company once again was very helpful and needed something in writting. so we faxed again. The maneger with will be contacting you within 7 days.NOT

3 Weeks later I still hav not recieves any call. So I called them. They wanted me to fax again something in writting, I explain how many times I have done this. He was very rude no customer service skills. and tried to cut me off every time I spoke. and he was in upper mang.

When i lost my head and mention better business bureau he said that there were several claims against this company.
I am at a loss on what to do.
