tax care professionals wanted payment up front,and as soon as they got their money they slowed everything down ,until 6 months later ,they finally sent a package to the IRS that was incomplete, and did not explain my situation.      Further efforts to reach them we pretty much unsuccessful. And now that is my problem,because, I gave one of their attorneys, power of attorney, and now the IRS will only talk to this person who does not ever take any calls personally.   I have 30 days to appeal this and i am getting scared, and nowhere.     PLEASE take it from a disabled senior citizen,I've been thru hurricane Andrew,sleazy contractors, FEMA schemers, I've taught troubled teens in high school, but nothing,no one can trick you out of your last penny and think he'll help you like STEVE MARSH.  Do not use them[TAXCARE PROFESSIONALS] for anything!!!!!!
