TaxHawk Inc Provo US / FreeTaxUsa Credit Card Charges Provo Utah

So long story short, I filed my federal taxes with FreeTaxUsa online and at the time I did not file my state. 2 weeks later I went back online and tried to file my state taxes. I submitted the credit card information and hit submit . At this moment the screen said your cc information does not match. So double checked everything and submitted again. Same thing CC does not match information, (which it does) So i decide to take one last look at everything and submit again for the 3rd time, and still nothing, However my bank account is now charged $12.95 three times. This transaction took place on 02/05/2015. It is not 02/10/2015 and it has still not been released by the company to be sent back to my account. No i will never file with them again, no I will never recommend FreeTaxUsa or TaxHawk to anyone ever again. They really need to stop taking money that does not belong to them. In total my transaction they owe me right now is $38.85. Never got to file the state taxes with them due to this matter, Went to another site and filed my state taxes for free.
