Taxslayer 2018 Refund Now Taxslayer 2018 Refund Now loan is NOT a Refund NOW! Evans Georgia

I filed my taxes on Feb. 3 2018. My refund was more than 1200 dollars. I chose the option to have the money deposited to my bank account and paid a 25.00 fee to the bank who processes the Refund Now loan. There was no warning nor did I see any information explaining how you qualify for a refund now loan. I received notice that the IRS accepted my return. I waited until Tuesday the 6th of Feb. and when I heard nothing, I contacted Taxslayer customer service by email on their site. They will get back to me in 72 hours, which I was not happy with since I Paid for their premium service. So I called the customer service number which is not toll free. I was told by customer service "You did not get enough of a refund to qualify for a Refund Now loan." So how much do you have to be getting? These are w2's from legitimate companies and yet they would not even give me a 500 advance on more than 1200?. Maybe if you have an EIC fefund of possibly 3600 dollars you qualify? SCAM!
