Taylor Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Company TBW For several months I was deceived that my home loan would be modified. Now my escrow is in the negative and TBW is reporting I owe more money. Now they just filed Chapter 11 and sold my loan to BofA. Ocala, Florida

For several months Taylor, Bean and Whitaker made me believe that they were going to modify my home loan only to find out that they filed a chapter 11. For several months I faxed, called and wrote TBW about my situation and was put on hold until they sold my loan to Bank of America. They never let me know this was happening and everytime I called they told me my modification was being processed. I am really disappointed and upset with the way the handled me by lying to me that they were going to do the modification even up to the last minute before they filed Chapter 11 and told me everything was ok only to find out again I had been put off for them to sell my loan. TBW is a disgrace to humankind because they were so dishonest. I spent countless hours on the phone, Several faxes and only to find they bailed out on me and several others who escrow checks are bouncing. TBW should be punished for using us like this.
