Let me start of by stating that the siding job Taylor did was very good. The problems that arose that were indirectly connected to the siding job were that when they installers replaced my screens into the frames for each window, the installers glued each screen to each window frame. I had called Taylor and spoke to a general manager who profusely told me he would investigate this matter and call me back. He has to date NEVER called or even written any type of correspendence to me of any kind. I also was promised a "WALK THROUGH" upon completion of job. The only "WALK THROUGH" was done by a man sitting in his pickup truck writing some type of report. This man never got out of his truck.
This is what I call excellent customer service and if I could, I would recind all the comments that I made when potenial customers called me within a few days after my job was done.

It may not be that bad....

I have seen this done before - especially if they wrapped your windows with vinyl or aluminum when they did the siding. Some contractors seem to prefer securing the screens back in place with a dollop or two of silicone caulk as opposed to punching a hole in the new vinyl for a screw to hold the screen in.
