Taylor Woodrow U.S. Tower, Inc are a bunch of con artists! They're latest ripoff is a building project in Panama cit florida were they lured in buyers with all kinds of lies and then left them high and dry like thieves in the night! They showed all of us a preliminary drawing of what the complex was to look like and then only finished 1/3 of the project. They pressured us to send deposits saying that the prices was going to increase $30,000 soon. They also gave the illusion of boat slips which never happened. They hired a crooked law firm to pressure people to close at a specific date of they would face fines. They hired a crooked appriasal company to over appraise the units 20-25%! Out of 99 units only 26 dummies closed and now are stuck with units that cant even be sold because Taylor woodrow/Michail J. Moser did pay their bills and now the owners now only have properties worth less they also have Taylor woodrow/Michael J. Mosers liens!! Taylor Woodrow and Michael J. Moser screwed us big time! They were all in colusion together, the bank Wells Fargo, the appraisal company, attorneys, sales staff. Two weeks after we all closed they were GONE like thieves in the night! TAYLOR WOODROW AND MICHAEL J. MOSER ARE crooks, scum bags, liars, predaters, con artists. We are putting together a class action suit against these con artists so if your thinking of doing business with this company DO NOT! You can call down to Panama city and ask any realestate broker or the office of deeds to verify the massive liens on this property. These people should all be in prison!!!
