TBdress.com False advertising, using designer dress pictures and sending VERY POOR Imitation Internet

On June 29,2012 I purchased an Ivory wedding gown with a taupe satin sash from TBDress.com. The dress came and it was obviously a very poor imitation of the dress pictured on the website. First the lace was very poor quality, the size was not close to being correct and the sash was a bright yellow not even close to taupe(light brown). I contacted TBdress immediately via email and their response was that I needed to "prove" via pictures or video that they did something wrong and then they would authorize the return of the dress. I sent them pictures and they complained about the lighting saying I had to have a picture in bright sunlight. I took the dress outside and photographed it and sent it. Still the company refused to allow me to send the dress back for a refund. I cannot use this dress and have now had to spend additional monies to purchase another dress for my wedding on Sept. 22, 2012.
