TBK MARKETING BLAKE KENDRICK, TIMOTHY KENDRICK breach contract, stole funds, failed to pay for work, columbus, ohio Nationwide

While working for Blake Kendrick aka Timothy Kendrick and TBK Marketing LLC I was ripped off by not being paid for accounts closed.  Blake Kendrick set up a reserve account to cover chargebacks on account that didn't clear, Each agent contributed 10 percent of their payout each week to hold in lieu of the chargebacks. Blake Kendrick maintained and controlled this accounts. Then when The company transitioned from one campaign to another and data was lost he paid my company out of the reserve account for the accounts lost consolidating every agents contribution into one general account. doing this was unfair to the agents as agents contributions was diffrent in the amounts they contributed.

When ask about this he stated this was Standard. When i threaten to contact the supplier about the problem and the contractor I was terminated and funds for 2 weeks production kept. over 10k was not paid to my agents who were also fired for remaining loyal to me and moving to other employment opportunities. He was a snake in creating miss trust saying I stole to money yet I had no access to the account. The man is a thief. The man is a liar and sooner or later he will steal from you if he believes he can get away with it. I have documentation of everything I say and have written. The man slandered my name and after giving him an opportunity to compensate my company he has choosen not to as i have waited over 30 days to be compensated. I havew a list of agents in good standing who can affirm my statements.
