TBO Properties I was contacted by TBO in January 2011 telling me they have a Buyer for my Time Share. They said the couple (Mr & Mrs Gains) put a downpayment of $8,700 into Escrow with TBO. I needed to pay $1,500.00 Internet, Florida

I was contacted by TBO in January 2011 telling me they have a Buyer for my Time Share. They said the Couple (Mr & Mrs Gains) put a downpayment of $8,700.00 into Escrow with TBO Properties and I need to pay a $1,500.00 for Transfer Fees. The Escrow was to sent to me if the Sell fell through. I was in constant contact with TBO and they was telling me that the couple has some Tax problems with the IRS that they did not know about and that there Family was going to help them out, and this will take about 6 months to  8 months to  sort out. I kepted in touch with them and in June of 2012 they said that their taxes was all cleared up and that I will be in Closing in October 2012. Well in October I did not hear from them and I have been trying to get in contact with them Since October 2012. They are not answering my Telephone calls nor do they return my thousands of messages that I have left them to call me back.  Not only have they ripped be off but they have STOLEN from me. Approaching some one with the pretense of a sell in order to get money from them, this is classed as Stealen. They truly need to be prosecuted.
