TBS Factoring had a factoring contract with Renegade Transportation and from time to time they will not factor approved shippers after you send in your freight bills.
If you cancel as we did on April 27, 2010 by fax and demand they send your paperwork-BOL's back and do your own billing so you can use the shippers quick pay program so you can pay your bills they will invoice the shipper anyway and make you wait 30 days for your money.
They will also take out a fee as if they factored your BOL's when they did not and not pay you when they invoice your BOL's.
This the third time we have had a problem with this company and this time was the last!
Because TBS Factoring did not factor our BOL's we were not able to pay our truck insurance and when we notified the insurance company that we could not make the payment they canceled the policy which cancels Renegade Transportation motor carrier authority and puts Renegade Transportation out of business.
We do not recommend this company anylonger
