 T.C. Pomskies sold us our dog for $1500 plus $300 in airfare. That's $1800 total. We used the companies financing and paid the company owner of T.C. Pomskies (Tanya/Mariah/Mary) the "first payment" of $320. Leaving only $1480 left until the dog was paid in full. Two weeks later we decided to take advantage of the financing companies 30 day clause and just buy our pup outright. We did and when we approached Tanya/Mary/Mariah to do so, she demanded we pay the $1800 or ship the dog back. So we paid the $1800 and asked about getting the "first payment" of $320 refunded with the financing company (because that's who

Tanya/Mary/Mariah said took it - never claiming she did) since we paid $1800 for the dog with the breeder directly. So the financing companies legal department ended up claiming fraud on the breeder (Tanya/Mariah/Mary) and the breeder sends me a threat 2 days later stating if I don't call my bank saying not to reverse the charges she will come and get my dog and burn my world down. After I called my bank to verify there wasn't a dispute that I placed and sending her the recording she still threatened to come down, "burn my world down" and steal my dog. All I did was laugh at how incredibly ignorant the breeder is and blocked her

from calling me anymore. A few days later my family found out the financing company had disputed it with my bank on our behalf and I let them know the threats she was making. They ended up refunding us on their own dime (I have all paper records of this), and severing their contract with her because she stole the money and claimed we never paid anything for the dog yet, and we ended up paying $2120 for a sick dog who later died from a genetic defect. When I contacted T.C.Pomskies to let them know I was required to put down the sick dog she sold me after my children grew attached to her, she didn't respond for weeks until I had a lawyer

contact her and tell her that (according to the contract we signed) she is required to give us a replacement dog if the dog died within a year of adoption. The lawyer called me and told me that T.C Pomskies said they are not liable because of the trouble with the disputes in the beginning. That by doing that (ultimately leading in her contract with Wags Lending being severed) it redacted the agreement, and I still owe them money. Biggest scam I've EVER seen. After our dog died I did some research on their business and the other business names this scam runs under, even drove out to the real breeding location in Kentucky and saw a dog that this

breeder later bought and sold as their own. An outside entity raised the dogs in KY (we had our dog blood tested and her heritage lined and tracked by another vet who spoke to a vet in KY who took care of our dog when she was first born and brought in for her defect.) T.C. Pomskies buys the dogs, then they drive the dogs to AZ because it's cheaper to ship from AZ, and they resell them for $2500+ to make a profit. These dogs come sick, and in some cases not the actual dog they are posting pictures of on Facebook. Needless to say we learned our lesson. After our baby died we were devastated, my kids have never cried so hard and begged

me to get another one. I will never do business with this breeder again. Especially knowing that they don't birth or raise their dogs, and that they sell them sick at 4-5x the amount they purchase them for, and then don't honor their signed contract when the dog dies from an illness covered in the contract. Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend to anyone. If anyone else has a story like this - please contact me so we can put together a lawsuit. Thanks!
