Okay, it's only necessary for you to know the facts. I saw the ad, I thought it was too good to be true - I should have listened to my instincts, but I enquired about the Talent Scouting position. I went along to the group interview and got quite excited about the prospect of scouting out prospective 'talent' for the TC Talent company. I don't think I've never been so excited about any job in my whole life.

We went out on our first day of training to scout, to see if we could, to see if we could do it. I thought I did well. The reason why I needed to get a job was to earn money, but with this scouting job, I didn't focus on the money primarily. I was so excited about 'adding to the pool of talent' for the entertainment industry at large, worldwide - you know? Finally, here was my chance to make a difference. It was up early for 3 days and back late. I scouted without fear and with purpose. I only went to the those who looked like they were already models - and a third of them already were.

I made over 40 bookings. Then, being a person who likes to know more indepth about the process I was a part of, I began looking up information about the company via the web and accidentally came across the ripoff reports. I couldn't believe it. Things it seemed, were too good to be true all along.

After making myself read report after report - just to make sure, I have decided not to go back to TC Talent. It doesn't matter what city I'm in right? The people I was working with seemed nice, some of them very nice, but I cannot continue to work for a company that may not and so it seems does not deliver.

For me, a high percentage should get work, or what good is it? Even I as the potential scout, when I saw the initial fee, my heart sank, but I seemed to get over it. Of course I convinced myself that it may be all worth it for the 'talent'. I feel sorry for the talent that actually turned up on one of the open calls. I feel like I have lied to them now. They're just innocent. I find myself hoping now that the people I made bookings for, won't turn up to the open calls. I don't want them to be disappointed. I see that the chances of them getting disappointed may be higher than them getting jobs. I won't do it.

Thanks for putting all of your reports up. It is good to hear both sides of the debate.
