I have tried numerous times to reach TCA Fulfillment to inquire the status of my rebate for a Motorola MD681 and MD61 which was submitted last December, 2004. I have tried using your toll free number, the 914-633-0663 number and checked the website (wheresmyrebate.com).
Numerous times your telephone system has disconnected me without having connected to a customer service person. When I did get a person, they were extremely rude! When they weren't rude, the computer was down.....
Since submitting the rebates, I have relocated and still have not received the rebates which I was notified on March 30, 2004 via email that the rebates had in fact been mailed.
In mid May I was told that it has to be sixty days passed before you will reissue the checks this would be after May 30. I called on June 7, 2005 and was informed that the checks would be reissued within 10-15 business days and sent to me at the current address which I listed below.
It is NOW almost 2 months way beyond the 15 business day period and still have not received the checks. The amount of the rebates were $30 and $10 a total of $40.
I've contacted Motorola several times and they are just as frustrating as these people. The interesting thing is that a friend took advantage of the same rebate and actually DID get her checks but for some reason they are intent on ripping me off.
Anyone have a suggestion on what to do next?

Finally received my rebate check

Just wanted to bring everyone up to date - I received my $40 rebate check today - 7 working days after I received the call from Motorola and the new company handling their rebates.
It's taken me 8 months to get this check but I'm glad I didn't give up. If you have problems with TCA, contact the parent company of the product you bought and keep bugging them. It's the only way to get our point across that we won't be taken by their inability to hire quality companies to process their rebates!

I complained yet again to Motorola over this past weekend and to my surprise, I received a call from Motorola today getting some background information on the situation. Subsequently, I just got off the phone with another company who is NOW handling the rebates for Motorola. TCA is no longer handling their rebates. The new company confirmed all my information including the offer numbers and said I should receive my check for the entire amount in 7-10 working days. I'll keep you updated.
