TCA Rebates, Where is My Rebate, TCA Fulfillment rebate ripoff scam, over 1 year wait on rebate website now says wrong address returned by P.O. Internet Nationwide

Applied for $30 rebate on Samsung Samtron 76V monitor in Feb. 02.

Was told to check website www.wheresmyrebate.com to find out status. Wasn't even on there until March 03.

Website gave 3 different mailing dates from March 03 to July 03. Still no rebate.

In August 03 the website said that the rebate check had been issued and was returned by post office due to wrong address. Said if I filled out a correct address form on their website a check would be reissued. I did that.

I guess they dont know I have copies of everything that I sent in including the form with my correct(then and still the same) address.

This is the middle of October and still no rebate check. When I try to check website no matter what or how I enter it comes back error on page or session timed out.

I think one year and seven months should be enough time to receive a $30 rebate.
