TCRM is a fraudulant company. NEVER trust them. They have no deal for you and have scammed thousands of clients AND Brokers They always promised they were a lender or they had a backup lender, but have never done a deal. DO NOT give any money up front-you will never see it again.

The Company does not have a License 79 Investment Banker license check FINRA

I sent this company a loan package - complete full loan package with everything the lender needed. The company, TCRM Commercial is NOT associated with FINRA but uses the fact its sister company TREVOR COLE REID & MONROE is a FINRA Broker Dealer -- NOT an INVESTMENT BANKER - NO FINRA 79 license. Again, no one at the company has a FINRA 79 license which is required to be an investment banker.

Again TCRM Commercial Corporation or TCRM Commercial Mortgage Bankers is NOT registered with FINRA and Dimitrios Fousteris is NOT registered with FINRA.

TCRM Commercial Corporation asked me to fill out the Loan Registration Sheet - which I did. Dimitrios Fousteris talked my client into signing a 60 exclusive agreement DO NOT ALLOW your CLIENT to sign a 60 day Exclusive Agreement - which I did since the client (borrower) was a single asset entity. Fortunately for me I had an agreement with the parent company and an exclusive agreement with the client and owners.

Immediately AFTER the client signed the AGREEMENT, Dimitrios Fousteris excluded me from all future phone calls, emails and correspondence. BUT, Dimitrios insisted that the client always had his attorney present to add creditability to himself.

Dimitrios Fousteris told me TCRM was a FINRA company NOT TRUE. Dimitrios told me TCRM Commercial was a LENDER - - NOT TRUE. The loan was suppose to close in 2-3 weeks - DID NOT HAPPEN.

Two weeks later I asked for an update, Dimitrios Fousteris stated that I should talk to my client since I was not his client and he had no agreement with me. Dimitrious also stated TCRM Commercial does not EVER PAY BROKERS FEES.

TCRM Commercial IS NOT an INVESTMENT BANKER and IS NOT A LENDER. !!!!!!!
 
TCRM OBJECTIVE IS  to get YOUR CLIENT to p them $10,000 UPFRONT (which is gone) and then REPLACE YOU as the CLIENT'S BROKER.

BEWARE, DO NOT HAVE YOUR CLIENT SIGN ANY AGREEMENTS!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE TCRM COMMERCIAL CORPORATION FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!
