TD Auto Transport TD Auto Transport Did Not Refund Entire Amount Owed Mays Landing New Jersey

Anthony Sciola, the president and owner of TD Auto Transport did not refund the entire amount owed to customer. I attmepted to have my car moved from northern Vermont to Las Vegas, initially Anthony quoted a price and assured me he could get the car picked up and delivered. He was not able to do as stated so I decided to drive my car to the Boston area and have it moved from there, Anthony quoted me a price and a few days before I was going to drive my car to Boston, plans changed and I notified Anthony. He assured me once again he would issue me a credit for the entire amount charged, $1300 and some change. I initially trusted Anthony to follow through on this, he shortchanged me $100 in the credit. When I called him out on it, he told me he must have miskeyed the amount into the card reader and he would take care if it immediately. Well, that was another story because he never did issue me a credit two months after he said he would. I attempted to call Anthony twice, let a message and no return phone call from him.

The long and short is on face value Anthony and TD Auto Transport by talking to him and reading the reviews on his website appears to be a honest ethical person. In reality, all he appears to be interested in is getting your credit card and charging for a service he demonstrated he can't deliver. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for a more reputable honest business that can move your car timely and with high ethcial standards. Anthony and his business of TD Auto Transport don't appear to recognize honesty and ethics in business dealings. I am not sure of the testiomonals on his website are all fabricated by Anthony to lead one to believe he runs a top notch honest professional business. Take your business elsewhere, avoid doing business with Anthony & TD Auto Transport
