All they do is charge you fees. They charged an account that I was bearly using with a $15.00 monthly fee which made it overdrawn. Then they charged a fee for being overdrawn. Then the same two fees the next month. Then a "sustained overdraft" fee, and the same two fees again. Then they closed the account, and then sent it to collections!!!!
At this point I called more than 5 times to the collections dept. The regular TD bank phone number is answered by normal people who CAN'T help you. When I get connected to the collections dept, the phone cuts in and out when they speak; they leave you on hold forever; and is manned by people with accents I can't understand or they are condescending and nasty!!!
They said that they couldn't give me the information on the phone, I would have to go to the branch. They gave me the info at the branch but couldn't do anything cause the account was closed. The branch gave me the phone number for collections!!!!
I tried to call again, got transfered 4 times and gave up. Stay away from TD BANK!! They're no good. Thank you for listeneing.
