One day, white collar crime such as this should be punishable by life imprisonment. Passing out fraudulent checks via the postal service is wrong, pure and simple.

If you receive a letter from this company, explaining about lottery winnings won from April 1, look at the check, call the bank on the check, call the company that the check is from, and get these folk at TD Financial Inc into prison bars.
